Annastacia Phalane

Annastacia is a TGOOD project manager with years of experience planning, coordinating and executing electrical projects. She identifies and manages project risks, making informed decisions about achieving successful project completion. This includes the safekeeping of project documentation, the management of budgets and compliance with ISO standards, OH&S and client requirements. Annastacia loves liaising with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers as well as promoting safe working conditions and protecting the environment. Her goal is to win a client, be honest, transparent, and maintain open communication with them at all times to prevent misunderstandings or potential issues.
