Once your substation solution is designed and approved, the prefabricated components are chosen and the customised aspects of the power equipment are made in a factory of one of our manufacturing partners. As you would expect all of the manufacturing facilities we work with are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 for their quality, workplace health and safety and environmental management systems.

Your local TGOOD is managed by people who care about the community, safety, quality, the environment and each other. One of our in-house rules is to have fun together and enjoy as many laughs as possible. ‘The ‘T’ in TGOOD stands for teamwork, trust and technology,’ says Helmut Rebstock, CEO of TGOOD Global. Rebstock was speaking at the 10-year celebrations of TGOOD Australia and South Africa in May 2025. ‘Teamwork is essential for a company like ours. Trust encourages teamwork and full control over technology gives us a competitive edge,’ he says.

TGOOD aims to foster a company culture where employees are energised to come to work ‘with a sparkle in their eyes’, as Rebstock put it. This, he believes, translates into better service for clients and customers. Rebstock established TGOOD Global in 2014 with a focus on prefabricated switchgear and substations, which enable us to deliver rapid, customisable solutions.
