Rich field experience enables TGOOD to come up with unique and innovative solutions, such as the 252kV modular substation. The first project was successfully commissioned, and others are in progress.

Market analysis and customer feedback revealed that existing outdoor GIS applications at high voltage levels show failures such as leakage, rust and malfunctions, which can cause long power outages and tremendous financial losses. Some of the root causes for such failures are harsh environmental conditions, such as long-time exposure to sunshine, cyclic temperatures changes, heavy rain and wind and corrosion. TGOOD’s 252kV modular substation is the answer to all those practical issues.
TGOOD offers installation of HV GIS inside an electrical house or ehouse. This provides a conducive operational environment for gas insulated switchgear. When compared to traditional brick and mortar construction methods of building substations, this modular solution considerably reduces the footprint, construction time, CAPEX and OPEX.

This concept enables TGOOD to offer flexible solutions according to customer requirements and actual conditions onsite. An attractive appearance with eco-friendly paint supports the environmental sustainability and community friendliness. TGOOD understands the need for a comfortable working environment for the operators onsite, too. In this project, well-equipped living rooms and an office were included in the solution to provide an ideal place for the operators.
Until now, a 50% increase over the last year’s RFQ for this substation has been identified. This indicates the high interest in our solution. TGOOD Global always endeavours to bring more value to its customers via its unique products and solutions.
