New colleagues from six of our TGOOD Global regions met at the Qingdao factory for an opportunity to broaden their knowledge about our company, our products, our solutions, and our marketing strategy. TGOOD Global CEO, Dr. Siegfried Ruhland, kicked off the event by presenting a strategic outlook for the business in 2016/17 and shared his insights regarding our critical success factors.
Marketing head Sean Liu conducted the TGOOD solutions and marketing workshops and provided excellent tours of the Qingdao factories. Tim Bookas, our change management consultant from Breitenstein Consulting, led the global business workshop, which identified challenges and opportunities the colleagues are facing in their day-to-day business and then developed concrete proposals for the future.
The training session was concluded with an inspiring talk by the company chairman, Helmut Rebstock, who outlined the three key components of our competitive advantage: speed, flexibility / customer service and true value-for-money. He also strongly underlined the importance of knowing and living our company values. At the end of the event, everybody really understood the true meaning behind the company slogan: Energy, Fast!
