TGOOD Australia has delivered another set of 132 kV dead tank circuit breakers (DTCBs) on in the New South Wales energy network. This hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) is a high voltage primary GIS with a three-pole dead-tank SF6 circuit breaker incorporating one interrupter per pole in single-pole enclosures with a common mechanism. Type tested in KEMA, it can be used in up to 145 kV, 3150 A, 40 kA single/double busbar networks. It has an extremely wide application in environments with temperatures ranging from -45℃ to 55℃. Our HGIS has advantages in rapid reclosing performance and is certified according to IEC standards.
