TGOOD now provides the power for the tramcars in the Center Park Causeway Bay Hong Kong.
On 13 August 2018, TGOOD successfully delivered a modular substation to Hong Kong. From now on, TGOOD’s brand will stand in the Center Park Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, providing the power for the tram cars.
The original power supply system could not fulfil the daily demands, and due to its downtown location with limited space and time, it was impossible to reconstruct a station.
Thus, the modular substation solution was adopted for overcoming all current disadvantages.
TGOOD Global faced multiple challenges during the project execution as the standards of the Building Department in Hong Kong demanded different quality and service requirements than our usual specifications. However, TGOOD pulled through all the difficulties and delivered the project on time. Customers were very satisfied with the modular substation solution during the factory acceptance test (FAT). Apart from the Hong Kong subway project, this is another strong witness for TGOOD’s excellent solution.
